These terms cover DevKoe's Thrive program, provided by DevKoe (ABN 73 921 039 985), operated from Australia. By purchasing, you agree to what's below. It's written to be readable, not to trip you up — if anything's unclear, email [email protected].

What you get

Thrive is a 90-day program of twelve weekly one-hour one-to-one English conversation sessions, conducted in English, built around your real work situations. It includes a recording of every session (yours to keep), short preparation before sessions and written feedback after key ones, a member portal, and a written progress review at the end. It is speaking practice — we don't promise a specific test score, promotion, or job outcome.

Price and payment

The program is AUD 2,100, billed as three monthly payments of AUD 700 through Stripe. Payment is what activates your portal account. The subscription is capped at three payments — it does not renew or bill a fourth time.

Our guarantee

You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of your first session, you decide the program isn't right for you, email [email protected] and we'll refund what you've paid in full. It also starts with a free intro call, so you can decide it's a fit before you pay at all.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your portal; that stops any future payments. After the first 30 days, payments already made are non-refundable, since the sessions and recordings up to that point have been delivered. If you're unsure, talk to us — we'd rather find something that works than hold you to a plan that isn't.

Scheduling

Thrive is twelve sessions, normally one a week. You book and reschedule your own sessions in the portal — please give more than 24 hours' notice where you can. If I have to move a session, I'll tell you as soon as I know and offer you a new time within two weeks. Life happens on both sides: the program is twelve sessions, not twelve fixed dates. So that it doesn't drift indefinitely, your twelve sessions are available for sixteen weeks from your first one. A session you miss without notice may not be made up.

Recordings and your data

Sessions are recorded — full audio and video — so you can keep them and so we can review your progress together. Recording is part of how the program works, and I'll confirm with you that you're happy to be recorded before the first session rather than treat your purchase as the whole of your consent. You can ask for any recording, or all of them, to be deleted at any time. Your recordings are yours and are never used for anything outside your program. If I ever want to use a short clip publicly, I'll ask you separately, in writing, for that specific clip — and no is a complete answer.

Your responsibilities

The program works best when you show up and do the light preparation. Access to the portal and your recordings is for you alone — please don't share your sign-in link.
